    LASER PERSONALIZATION DISCLAIMER
Laser personalization on squishies is a specialized process due to the soft, flexible, and compressible nature of the material. Because squishies are translucent and may vary in color, density, and material composition, the final laser-engraved logo or design may vary in appearance, visibility, and contrast.
        •    Color Variations: Squishies are available in red, blue, yellow, green, purple, orange, and pink. Variations in shade, translucency, and material characteristics may occur within the same color category, including among units in the same order.
        •    Logo Visibility: Due to the translucent nature of the material, laser-engraved logos may appear lighter, darker, less defined, or less visible on certain colors and individual pieces. Consistent contrast and visibility cannot be guaranteed across all colors or units.
        •    Process Limitations: The soft and compressible nature of squishies makes laser positioning and engraving challenging. Minor variations in logo placement, size, clarity, and overall appearance may occur during production.
        •    Color and Material Differences: Final results may differ from digital proofs, mockups, samples, or previously produced items due to variations in the material and the laser engraving process.

By approving the artwork and proceeding with production, the customer acknowledges and accepts these inherent material and production variations. Exact color matching, uniform logo visibility, and identical engraving results across all units are not guaranteed.

Milae Imports will make reasonable efforts to achieve the best possible engraving quality and consistency; however, minor variations inherent to this process shall not be considered defects.
